Property Insurance Appraisal

for Amount-of-Loss Disputes

If the dispute is the amount of loss, appraisal may help clarify the numbers (policy language and jurisdiction vary).

What to prepare

If you have these, intake goes faster. If not, submit anyway and we’ll provide a checklist.

Claim number and carrier/adjuster contact info
Carrier estimate(s) and scope documents
Your estimate(s), invoices, proposals, receipts
Photos / videos and mitigation documentation
Key dates (date of loss, inspections, any stated deadlines)
Policy appraisal clause pages + appraisal demand letter (and proof of delivery, if available)

What happens next

We confirm basics and the dispute snapshot.
